Kaloform is a tool for recording what you eat and how you train. The app does not tell you what to eat or how to train; it lets you enter and follow the plan you or your professional decided on.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your password safe. Do not share your password.

Food recognition from photos, nutrition estimates, burned-calorie figures and target calculations are estimates. AI results can be wrong, which is why every result goes through your confirmation. The accuracy of your records ultimately rests on that confirmation.

The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical or dietary advice. Body mass index, waist ratios and calorie targets are rough indicators based on general formulas. Make decisions about your health with a health professional.

You may not use the app unlawfully, to access someone else's account, or in a way that disrupts the service.

You can permanently delete your account from within the app at any time. We reserve the right to close accounts that breach these terms.

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the app.

If these terms change, the updated version is published in the app and the date above changes.
